Elite Over 13
Definition
Amateur divers on this team will be between the ages of 14 and 19, and eligible to compete in corresponding age-appropriate age group meets. Divers on this team are expected to make a commitment for the season, with the goal of qualifying for and competing in U.S. Junior Nationals. This team is ideal for athletes preparing to dive in college.
To qualify for the Elite Over 13 Team, divers at a minimum, must have or be willing to work towards the following skills in the tuck position, and free position for twisters, on the 1M and 3M diving boards:

Note: Divers who are working on these skills and very near attaining them may be invited to move onto the Elite Over 13 team at the Director’s discretion.
Training Requirements/Time Commitment
Elite Over 13 Team divers are expected to practice in person a minimum of 4 days a week with the option of up to 6 days a week at no additional charge. Practices integrate dryland and diving board workouts; team members are required to participate in all aspects of practice. Additionally, Elite Over 13 Team divers are expected to incorporate conditioning routines into their daily activities outside of practice. Divers on this team are expected to participate in competitions requiring travel.
